RETURNS POLICY EFFECTIVE 3/5/2008: There are no refunds, exchanges or store credits issued for cut fabrics and canvas, booklets, books or patterns purchased from, or for SPECIAL ORDERS placed through Alex-Paras NeedleArts. All sales on special orders, discounted and clearance merchandise are considered final. All other items may be returned within 30 DAYS of purchase for STORE CREDIT only and must be accompanied by a sales slip. Merchandise and packaging must be in its original, sellable condition. If not, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. SALES TAX: Shipments to a CONNECTICUT address will be charged CT Sales Tax. SHIPPING: Standard shipping and handling is based on the value of the merchandise being shipped, and includes insurance as appropriate.
Priority, Express, Overnight or 2-day shipping charges will be billed accordingly. International orders are billed and shipped insured by the USPS. We will not split ship any order unless authorized by the customer to do so. Split ship orders are subject to shipping and handling charges on each shipment.
